We are seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to join a 63m private yacht with a hands-on owner who values professionalism, longevity, and exceptional cuisine. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and organised chef looking for a long-term position in a well-structured program.
The Program:
• Private yacht with a high-standard owner.
• 90 % of meals are family style. Owner also enjoys eating off the boat often. Basic informal breakfast
• Family of four (two sons in their mid-to-late twenties). Rarely have additional guests.
• Asian and Thai cuisine—experience in these styles is essential.
• 176 days leave, structured around the owner’s predictable schedule—no surprise trips. Plan for 2025/26 is med based.
The Right Candidate:
• Experienced yacht chef Head Chef on 50m+ yachts with demonstrated longevity.
• Expertise in Asian and Thai cuisine is a must.
• Strong background in Mediterranean and other international cuisines.
• Organised, clean, and capable of running an efficient galley.
• Experience with provisioning in various locations and maintaining budget control.
• Positive, drama-free attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
