TEMPORARY SOUS CHEF NEEDED FOR A 70m+ MOTOR YACHT
We are seeking a temporary Sous Chef to join a 70-meter motor that will be in the Indian Ocean
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working on yachts of 50 metres or larger. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for guests and crew, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
Candidates should possess a strong knowledge of international cuisine, be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills. The position requires flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude, as well as the ability to adapt to the specific needs of the yacht and its guests.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:
• STCW & ENG1
• Designated Security Duties Certificate
• Food & Hygiene Safety Certificate
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position on yachts 50m+
• Must be Covid vaccinated & willing to undergo medical screening
• No visible tattoos
• Excellent references
