TYS Recruitment is seeking a 2nd Stewardess with cooking experience for a 33m private MY based in the Mediterranean.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a stew/cook, as they will be required to prepare crew meals 3-4 days a week when guests are not onboard. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, has strong service skills, and can work effectively alongside the Chief Stewardess. This dual role requires versatility and the ability to manage both interior duties and cooking responsibilities.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-organized private program. The former Chief Stewardess now serves as the Owner's PA and Event Planner, ensuring excellent communication between the vessel and the owner's properties. The Captain focuses on crew development, prioritizing teaching and training opportunities while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere emphasising crew happiness and well-being.
The vessel will spend June and July in the South of France, take a break from guest usage in August, and cruise the Greek islands in September before returning to its winter base in La Spezia. The yacht primarily operates as a day boat for guest water sports activities, with guests rarely staying overnight as they typically utilize their villas throughout the Mediterranean.
