Shoreside | Interior Manager
TYS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Interior Manager for a UHNW British family based in Dubai. The clients own a large vessel in the Mediterranean and are looking for a highly experienced Interior Manager with a yachting background to join their household.
About the Role
- Salary: Competitive package based on experience (tax-free)

- Location: Dubai, UAE, with potential for international travel
- Experience: Significant household management experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Dubai residence
- Lead, train and develop the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain impeccable standards throughout the property at all times
- Ensure silver service proficiency and proper wardrobe organization
- Assist with family errands and shopping as needed (drivers and vehicles provided)
- Be available for occasional evening events when guests are present
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist wherever needed
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience managing UHNW yachts or households with high service standards
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop staff
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Mature professional with confidence to handle diverse social situations
- Willing to be hands-on when necessary to support the housekeeping team
- Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries while being personable
- Must be comfortable around dogs

- A large team of staff in the household to support the new Interior Manager
- You will report to the Owner's Representative for significant matters
- A vehicle will be available for work-related duties
- Visa sponsorship and banking setup handled by the family office
