CHIEF STEW 45M MY
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Stew for a 45m yacht based in Palma year-round. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position in a dynamic and friendly crew environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all interior duties onboard.
- Lead and mentor an interior team of 3.
- Provide a high-level of service for the owners and their guests.
- Handle accounts and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Plan and execute party events 2-3 times per season, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
- Accompany guests for lunch/dinner whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain an active and healthy lifestyle to promote a positive and energetic environment onboard.
Candidate Requirements:
- 4 years+ of industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years of longevity on one vessel – we are looking for someone to commit long-term.
- Previous experience working on vessels between 30-50 meters.
- Strong organisational and admin skills for handling accounts and managing interior operations.
- A team player with excellent communication skills, contributing positively to the yacht’s team dynamic.
- We are looking for someone positive, bubbly and highly organised who can provide an extremely high level of service for the owner and guests.
Benefits:
- Salary: €7,500 per month
- Leave: 90 days per year (+ additional TBD)
