Seeking a Captain for the following:
43M FF Charter M/Y based in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
This vessel operates with a dedicated crew of 8, maintains exceptionally high standards, and has upcoming charters already booked.
The yacht underwent a full refit in 2018 and offers a premium charter experience with minimal owner usage. This position is open to Captain and Chef or Chief Stew teams as well.

Minimal owner usage. Charter rates go up to $149,000 per week + all expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of vessel operations, ensuring safe and efficient charter experiences
- Maintain high service standards, guest satisfaction, and overall yacht presentation
- Lead and manage an 8-person crew, fostering teamwork and professionalism
- Navigate Caribbean cruising grounds, particularly the USVI and BVI, with expertise in regional regulations and customs
- Coordinate charter logistics, guest itineraries, and provisioning to deliver seamless charters
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, maintenance schedules, and operational procedures
- Maintain strong communication with the owner, management company, and charter guests
Requirements:
- 500GT license or higher (USCG preferred)
- Extensive charter experience with a successful track record
- Strong leadership, organizational, and guest service skills
- Ability to manage a professional crew and high-end charter operations
- Deep knowledge of Caribbean cruising areas
- Must provide previous owner references
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
