Sole Chef – 30m Private Motor Yacht (Monaco-Based)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sole Chef to join a 30m private motor yacht based in Monaco. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent presentation, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare high-quality meals for the owner, guests, and crew (up to 5 crew).
- Source fresh ingredients from local markets and suppliers in Monaco and the surrounding region.
- Maintain a clean and organized galley, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Adapt menus to dietary preferences and seasonal availability.
- Work efficiently in a small team and be flexible with last-minute guest requests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sole Chef or strong sous-chef experience on yachts or high-end establishments.
- Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and ability to create diverse, well-balanced menus.
- Familiarity with local food markets and suppliers in Monaco and the South of France.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and good communication skills.
- Ability to manage provisions within the allocated budget.
- STCW, ENG1, and Food & Hygiene Level 2 certification.

- Location: Monaco-based yacht with seasonal cruising in the Med.
- Accommodation: Shared cabin.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Contract: Seasonal or permanent, depending on the candidate.
