Job Title: Sole Stewardess for 30m Yacht in Monaco

Position Overview:
We are seeking Sole Stewardess to join our 30m private yacht based in Monaco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction during both day-to-day operations and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier service to owners and guests, including meal service and bartending
- Manage all interior cleanliness and upkeep (cabins, salon, galley, and common areas)
- Oversee laundry and wardrobe organization
- Coordinate provisioning and inventory management for interior supplies
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety procedures are maintained
- Collaborate with the Captain and deck crew for seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sole Stewardess or relevant hospitality role on a similar-sized yacht
- Dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of fine dining service and basic cocktail preparation is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Valid STCW and ENG1 (or equivalent) certificates
