Responsibilities:
- Employment Contracts (SEA): Issue contracts in compliance with company policies and Flag State regulations.
- Crew Onboarding: Provide required manuals, NDAs, complaint procedures, and other documents before embarkation.
- Crew Medical Claims: Enter and update crew details into the crew medical platform to facilitate claims processing.
- Crew Travel: Arrange travel logistics for crew members.
- Flag State Endorsement and Seaman\\\\\\\'s Book: Manage applications for endorsements and seaman\\\\\\\'s books.
- Certificate Verification: Ensure all crew certificates are valid before embarkation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on maritime regulations and best practices, adhering to MLC, STCW, MCA standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in crewing department within the maritime industry.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, including STCW, MLC, and MCA.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent written and oral English.
- Right to live and work in the EU.
