Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 35m charter yacht operating in the Mediterranean. This is an exciting opportunity for a service-oriented and detail-focused professional with strong knowledge of interior management, guest service, and high-end hospitality.
As Chief Stewardess, you will be responsible for overseeing the interior department, ensuring impeccable service, organization, and attention to detail throughout the yacht. You will lead and train the interior team, manage provisioning and inventories, and work closely with the Captain and Chef to deliver a seamless luxury charter experience. A strong background in table service, mixology, and housekeeping is essential, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Chief Stewardess on similar-sized charter yachts, hold the necessary STCW and ENG1 certifications, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to anticipate guest needs. A proactive attitude, creativity in service, and the ability to work under pressure during busy charters are key to excelling in this role.
