Yacht Operations Manager
We are looking for a Yacht Operations Manager to join a leading superyacht management company based on the South Coast of England. Comprehensive training, support, and a generous benefits package are provided. The ideal candidate will be based on the south coast.
Requirements: Yacht experience at a senior level. Valid CoC or ability to renew. Excellent communication skills with peers, suppliers, shipyards, lawyers, accountants, and owners. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks. Working knowledge of STCW, SOLAS, Maritime Labour, and MARPOL Conventions.
Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact, ensuring client expectations are met. Support the Captain across various responsibilities. Work directly with Captains, Pursers, Owners, and onboard teams. International travel required, with office attendance when not traveling.
