Experienced Stewardess - Start Date: 31st March 2025 (roughly)
We are a private, world-cruising 74m M/Y seeking an experienced Stewardess to join our close-knit crew.
Position Overview:
- Crew Size: 19.
- Interior Team: 7, with a strong sense of team spirit and longevity in the department.
- Crew Culture: Our team is tight-knit and enjoys spending time together, whether on excursions or at crew events. We’re looking for someone who thrives in this collaborative environment.
- Duties:
- Rotational position involving laundry, housekeeping, and service. Previous experience and confidence in these areas are essential.
- During ‘boss off’ mode, the interior team rotates between different areas (crew, bridge, laundry, etc.) allowing for skill development and variety.
- Assist with beach BBQs and beach service when possible—an enjoyable part of the role.
- The owners are typically onboard for 2-3 weeks, followed by a return in a few weeks, so the trips are spread out evenly.
- World cruising: We travel to remote and off-the-beaten-track locations, and while the itinerary is TBC, it is always exciting and new.
Package:
- Start Date: 1st March 2025.
- Leave: 60 days per year (5:1 rotation). Flexibility required with "off" dates.
- Travel: 2 return flights per year to your repatriation address.
- Medical Insurance: Provided.
- Salary: EUR 2800
Requirements:
- Gender: Female due to cabin arrangements.
- Experience: Prior yacht experience as a Stewardess is essential.
- Laundry Management: Must have experience with both guest and crew laundry.
- World Travel: Comfortable with our vessel being world-traveling, with no permanent home berth.
- Pre-Season Preparation: Able to assist with vessel set-up for the cruising season.
