Summary
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Deck/Stewardess for our 88ft motor yacht, located in Norway. The position is available from mid-April to mid-September.
The yacht will be stationed primarily in a fixed location with occasional short voyages in the area.
As Deck/Stewardess, your primary responsibilities will include assisting with deck operations, providing excellent service to guests, and maintaining the interior of the yacht. You will also be responsible for preparing basic meals and snacks, and helping to create a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for passengers, especially children.
Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work well with families and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor. Versatility and a willingness to assist in various areas of yacht operations are crucial for this role.
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in a similar role on yachts
- Valid documents to travel in Europe
- Valid STCW BST
- ENG1 medical certificate
- Food&Safety Certificate
- Experience in food preparation and service
- Knowledge of basic deck operations
- Comfortable in a child-friendly environment
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
This position could be suitable for a couple, as we are also hiring a Captain to complete the crew.
