Summary
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Captain for our 88ft motor yacht, located in Norway. The position is available from April to mid-September.
The yacht will be stationed primarily in a fixed location.
As Captain, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the yacht, managing navigation during occasional short voyages, and maintaining the vessel in excellent condition.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to work well with families and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in similar size vessel
- Valid documents to travel in Europe
- Valid STCW BST
- ENG1 medical certificate
- Minimum Yacht Master 200GT
- Engine knowledge (AEC course is a plus)
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
This position could be suitable for a couple, as we are also hiring a steward/stewardess to complete the crew.
