Seeking a culinary trained and well presented, switched-on Private Estate Travelling Chef. Mid to late April start, prefaced with a short food trial, most likely in Delray.
Prior Superyacht Chef experience preferred.
Looking for someone switched-on, organized and stable in their persona and personal habits - no heavy partiers or divas.

Based in Delray Beach, FL with travel to NYC, Upstate NY and Aspen
Will be working closely with a fantastic PA who is a former Superyacht Chief Stewardess and has longevity with the family
Hotel accomodation is provided for estate staff on all trips.
Annual salary: $150,000-170,000/DOE
Typical schedule is 12-9pm, 6-day work week with anywhere from 6-16 weeks off per year, depending on owner schedule. Owners also own a large high profile superyacht and give their estate staff additional holiday time when they are on board the yacht.
