We are looking for a superstar rotational Sous Chef to join a 45m private, dual season MY currently in Europe.
The preferred candidate will be culinary trained, have 2+ years in the industry and a solid shoreside background in hotels or restaurants. You will be confident in a variety of cuisines and seamlessly work alongside a great Head Chef as part of a busy programme.
We are looking for someone who is passionate, calm under pressure, a team player and a motivated, upbeat addition to the tight-knit crew.
Female only due to cabin arrangements
Start date: 20th April
Salary: 4500+ EUR/DOE + discretionary annual bonus
Leave: 2:2 rotation
