SOUS CHEF 85M+ MY
We are currently seeking an energetic, skilled, and motivated Sous Chef to join a busy 85m private/charter dual-season MY. The vessel is currently cruising the Caribbean with upcoming owner trips, followed by a busy Mediterranean summer season.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a team of 3, managing and training the Crew Chef.
- Assist with both Crew and Guest meals service
- Support the Head Chef with Guest food, adding value and contributing to the creative aspects of the menus.
- Maintain the Galley to the highest standards of organisation, hygiene, and safety.
Requirements:
- Strong fine dining restaurant background, ideally at the Sous Chef level.
- Plus, one of the following:
- 1+ years of Sous Chef experience on 60m+ yachts.
- 1+ years of Sole Chef experience on 40m+ yachts.
- Michelin star/fine dining experience is highly desired.
- Kosher experience or knowledge is a plus.
- B1 visa + FHL3
Details:
- 90 days leave annually.
- Salary: 6000 Euros per month.
- Start date: Late March (can potentially wait until the first week of April for the right candidate).
