Motor yacht is a 34m classic
Owners like fresh, varied, healthy Mediterranean cuisine and the occasional BBQ
Chef should enjoy creating market driven menus and be able to cater to last minute requests and dietary requirements.
2-5 guests with a peak of 12 guests for short periods.
Be able to balance home style casual cooking with elegant yet unfussy food presentation.
Restaurant experience preferred
Chef should be passionate about food and cookings. Well organised, clean and tidy work methods.
Be able to cater for 5 crew with nutritious and healthy food.
Salary is up to €6500pm DOE
