Summary
An enthusiastic, light hearted and professional Chief Stewardess is wanted to join a private classic motor yacht.
Strong restaurant background would be a bonus. The candidate doesn't need to have much yachting experience.Based in Palma de Mallorca.
The ideal candidate should have a bubbly and friendly personality, be hardworking with no dramas, and possess an attentive proactive approach to food and beverage service.
This is a seasonal position starting 1st April until the end of September.
The yacht cruises the Balearic Islands with one month in the South of France
The environment onboard is familiar and relaxed. The owners primarily spend time with family and close friends. The role is for someone who can balance casual yet refined service, ensuring guests feel comfortable while upholding a high level of attention to detail throughout the guest areas and cabins.
The stewardess should have a high level of food and beverage knowledge and be able to maintain impeccable cleanliness throughout the guest and common areas.
Candidates should be hardworking, adaptable, upbeat and approachable.
Experience in housekeeping and silver service a must. Preferences will be given to candidates who can demonstrate a history of strong service skills in quality establishments.
Ability to work closely with the chef to deliver seamless dining experiences.
