The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Mate/Stew to join a 28M private yacht with a total crew of three. The ideal candidate will be confident in holding watches, a skilled tender driver, and comfortable assisting across multiple departments. You should have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to contribute to the smooth running of the yacht.
This role will involve a mix of deck and interior responsibilities, ensuring the exterior is well-maintained while also supporting interior service and housekeeping when needed. As the yacht plans extensive cruising around the Mediterranean, flexibility and adaptability will be key.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain valuable experience on a well-run yacht, with the potential for the position to become permanent for the right individual.
