Job description:
We are seeking a Seasonal Sole Chef for our 50m MY charter/private yacht. The ideal candidate must be culinary trained and possess extensive knowledge of international cuisine.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Proven experience in nutritional menu planning, including calorie counting and management of macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats).
- Ability to create detailed menus specifying exact nutritional information per serving.
- Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, incorporating fresh and healthy ingredients.
- A hard-working, tidy individual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to provide references or testimonials from previous yacht placements regarding dietary expertise.
