The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a versatile and confident Stew/Cook to join a private yacht on a seasonal contract. The ideal candidate will be comfortable preparing fresh, family-style buffet meals, with a particular focus on BBQs, as this is a favorite of the owners. Strong provisioning and galley management skills are required to ensure smooth meal service for both guests and crew.
In addition to cooking, this role will involve light interior duties, including service and housekeeping. You should be adaptable, organised, and willing to assist in all areas as needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive and hands-on role
