- Start Date: Approximately 28th May in Vilanova ( Spain)
- Itinerary: sail around the MED. Next winter will do CAR.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Chief/Sole Stewardess to join a busy 24m charter sailing yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage all aspects of the interior while ensuring top-tier service for charter guests and owners.
- Proven charter experience – this yacht operates mainly for charters with occasional owner trips.
- Sailing yacht experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills – responsible for managing all interior duties, including housekeeping, guest service, and onboard accounting.
- Team-oriented mindset – the vessel operates as a cohesive unit, and the deck crew assists with service when required.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth coordination among the crew and with guests.
- Self-sufficient & proactive – someone who takes initiative and is comfortable running the interior solo.
Salary & Conditions:
- Base Salary: €4,800 per month + tips.
- Leave: 38 days calendar year
- Possibility of Seasonal contract for someone that can bring lots of experience and higher salary to be discussed
