We are after a Chase Boat Captain/ Bosun for a 45m MY. Dual season position, US/ Caribbean/ Bahamas cruising. The candidate is responsible for overseeing the deck team and ensuring the exterior of the yacht is maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on deck maintenance skills, and expertise in water sports and tender operations. Proven references and charter experience is essential to interview for this position. .
