Summary
Captain needed for a 40-meter M/Y, Private/Charter. Ideal candidates will possess the following personal attributes: charismatic with a good sense of humor but also knows when to switch it off and be professional, people oriented, the ability to actively engage, a forward thinker, and proven longevity with previous programs. The ideal candidate will also possess a pleasant and outgoing personality, a strong hospitality mentality, and will instill a culture of excellence and service amongst and between all crew members. Candidates must exhibit strong leadership skills and have superb handling skills; safety must be a top priority at all times. A seasoned navigator with strong references both verbal and written.

Skills and Attributes Required:
- Multi-faceted and adaptable professional
- Proven Charter experience essential
- Bi-Lingual, English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
- Proven leadership skills, leads by example, excellent crew management and proven crew retention with previous programs
- Must have exceptional ship handling skills and navigational knowledge, extensive experience cruising BCS, Pacific (US), Central America
- Proven ISM and MLC compliance/knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation
