Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and recruit top-tier yacht crew for a variety of vessels
- Engage with yacht owners, captains, and management companies to understand hiring needs
- Maintain and expand a network of yacht crew professionals
- Actively manage recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to job placement
- Utilize industry knowledge to match crew members with suitable roles
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a natural people person
- Proven ability to actively engage and build relationships
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to recruitment
- Established contacts within the yachting industry
- Previous experience in the yachting industry in either a land-based or onboard role
