Looking for a professional sous chef in West Palm Beach, Florida to join a 62m M/Y.
- At least 1 years’ experience. Female due to cabin arrangements.
- Start date: ASAP - 1 week
- Must have all necessary requirements and certifications up to date. STCW, ENG1. Culinary qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year experience on yachts and good knowledge of provisioning in the area.
- Locally based chefs will be considered first. B1/B2 or US green card
- Cooking for 16 crew and to assist Head Chef where needed. All have a healthy balanced diet. Not too many dietary requirements. Boat will cruise the Bahamas, further itinerary to be confirmed.
- Salary DOE, 60 days leave, 3 months probation
