2nd Officer

Summary

We are looking for a 2^nd Officer for a 75m Private Sailing Yacht currently in the Med.

This vessel has an exciting itinerary planned for winter 2025 which includes the North West Passage and potentially Mexico & Costa Rica. They have extensively travelled in the past, going to exciting destinations.

Happy to consider newly qualified OOW Candidates. However, will need some 2^nd Officer experience. Minimum of 3 years working within the yachting industry. This is also a heavy deck role as well as bridge operations so the right candidate will need to be happy getting involved with all aspects.

This role will suit someone who is looking to travel and not solely focused on rotation.

Qualifications/Experience:

·        OOW 3000 CoC

·        3 Years working on Yachts

·        Must be a strong sailor to be considered

·        Schengen & B1/B2 preferable but not essential

·        Start date: May 2025

Package:

·        5500 – 6000USD

·        Discretional end of year bonus

·        60 days leave

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
