Summary
We are looking for a Steward(ess) for a well-established 65m+ Private MY, with preferably 1-2 seasons experience on a MY.
This role is split between Service and Housekeeping, so our candidate must have experience and be confident in both areas, someone with restaurant/bar/barista background is beneficial.
Our ideal candidate is confident in interacting with guests of all levels, who has experience in housekeeping duties and service and is happy to work in both departments.
The owning family are interactive with the crew so this role suits someone who is social but always being professional. This role will best suit a candidate who would like to be part of an exceptional crew that have worked for the owner for many years, an adventurous character that would like to travel to amazing destinations and who loves her chosen profession, an easy-going, friendly and caring candidate with a good sense of humour, that works hard with a smile on her face.
This summer they will be cruising through the Panama Canal, up the west coast of the US for a summer in Alaska.
Many of the crew onboard have worked for the owner for a long time, so crew retention is HIGH.
This is a continual / annual season MY with an experienced and adventurous owner, happy to take his yacht off the beaten track but also equally happy to dock in big cities that allows exploration, so this role is not for the faint hearted. We need a hardworking and enthusiastic candidate that loves to create and provide great experiences for the owner and his guests.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established yacht with a great Captain, superb Officers and HOD´s and with a lovely owner.

Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Food & Hygiene Level 2, B1B2 in hand.
Requirements for application: Ideally 1-2 seasons’ experience on a yacht, Good verifiable references, A true No-Smoker/ NO-Vaping.
Salary: DOE
Other Benefits:
20% bonus of annual salary, increasing by 5% annually.
Annual review & salary increase.

One week paid training at the end of the first year, increased by one week annually.
