Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Bosun for a 50m New Build
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bosun to join a great team on a private vessel operating initially in the Mediterranean.
This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who has strong experience in leading the deck team while working in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Yacht Master Offshore certification
- ECDIS is beneficial along with any additional courses is a plus
- PWC Instructor
- 2-3 years of experience on private and/or charter vessels over 40-45 meters
- Must be an excellent tender driver-11m Chaseboat
- Great organisation skills
- Confident in leading deck team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Start date:Immediate-7 April-
Location: Italy
Salary: EUR 4500
Leave: 45 days P.a.
Private vessel- delivery in April 2025. Exportation to Montenegro.
Returning to Ancona for warranty work.
Starting the Summer Season in May- then Caribbean, then world cruising.
