Salary: Circa £45,000-50,000 based on experience
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Previous private house experience, flexibility, good communication skills.
We are seeking an experienced House - person to join a private family residence based in Central London. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a proactive approach to undertake a varied role encompassing day to day housekeeping duties which will include tidying, laundry, ironing, etc. basic DIY, light gardening including mowing, jet washing, cleaning the patio.
Duties will include:
Perform basic DIY tasks and ensure the residence is well-maintained.
Housekeeping: Execute housekeeping duties, including cleaning, ironing, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the residence. Laundry including sheets and towels, making and changing beds.
Light gardening including mowing and cleaning the patio.
Responsible for shopping and running various errands as required by the family.
General security
Ability to travel to country estate occasionally
We require an adaptable candidate who has worked in a similar role previously. Candidates must have strong communication skills. There is single accommodation provided. Working 5 days per week, flexibility to work occasional weekends when required. Salary circa £45,000-50,000 based on experience. Driver’s licence would be a bonus but not essential.
