About the Role:
A dedicated and detail-oriented Sole Stewardess is needed for a 90ft 2020 Horizon operating private and charter trips in the Bahamas. This vessel runs with a tight-knit crew of four and accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 cabins while maintaining exceptionally high service standards. The yacht has a busy season ahead, with repeat charter clients and bookings confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all interior operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Provide high-end service, including table settings, drink service, and guest assistance.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of guest and crew areas.
- Handle laundry, inventory management, and provisioning for the interior.
- Work closely with crew to deliver top-tier charter experiences.
- Assist with guest activities, including excursions and water sports when needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sole Stew or strong 2nd Stew experience on similar-sized vessels.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and adapt to high-end service standards.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Prior charter experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- References from previous yacht employers required.
