Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Mate for a 35m+ yacht
We are currently looking for a Mate to join a great team during the shipyard period before starting the Med Season mid/end of June.
The vessel will undergo a refit/upgrade then for charter market and private use.
Requirements
- YachtMatser commercially endorsed
- Strong charter operations experience
- Previous experience with ‘Manage My Vessel’ preferred
- Assist the Captain with navigation and onboard operations
- Handle mooring and anchoring procedures, deck maintenance and safety procedures
- Excellent tender driver and water toy experience
- Ability to lead deck crew and ensure smooth onboard operations.
- Must be willing to actively participate on deck and collaborate effectively with the deck crew.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with crew, guests, and third-party services.
Start date: 15 April/1 May
Location: Italy
Salary: EUR 5000
Leave: 60 days
Charter/Private vessel based in the Med, mainly in Italy.
