Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Officer for a 60m yacht
We are seeking an experienced Chief Officer to join a very established charter yacht, with a busy upcoming Summer season.
Requirements & Responsibilities
· Chief Mate 3000gt, SSO, Medical Care – beneficial
· Minimum 2 seasons experience on similar sized yachts with similar programme.
· Proven longevity.
· Charter experience essential.
· Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, navigation and watchkeeping.
· Excellent communication skills, well-organised and motivated and who can manage their time efficiently.
· Must be hands-on when required, particularly on charter.
· Strong focus on teamwork and mentoring junior crew.
· Comfortable with daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
Start date: TBC -End May/Start June
Location: Spain
Salary: DOE
Leave: 8:8 Rotation
Vessel and Itinerary – Dual Season very busy charter vessel with some owner use- busy Summer ahead with booked charters.
