Sous Chef – Private 100m+ MY
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join the culinary team aboard a prestigious 100m+ private motor yacht. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled chef with a strong restaurant or luxury hospitality background who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and wider galley team of 7 to deliver world-class cuisine for both crew and guests. You’ll play a key role in planning and executing diverse menus, managing provisioning, and supporting the crew chef when needed. The ideal candidate will be confident, creative, and calm under pressure, with the ability to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation at all times.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a similar role on large yachts (60m+) or luxury cruise ships
- Fine dining restaurant or 5-star hotel background essential
- Skilled in international cuisines, dietary adaptations, and large-volume service
- Team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
