Summary
We are seeking a Deckhand/Mate to join a brand-new 30m private motor yacht. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new build project and help prepare the yacht for her first season.
The ideal candidate must hold a Yacht Rating certificate (minimum) and have a hands-on, proactive attitude. You will be responsible for all deck operations, including washdowns, line handling, fender work, and guest water sports setups. You’ll work closely with the crew to ensure the exterior is maintained to the highest standard and assist with guest activities .
As this is a new build yacht, the role offers a fantastic chance to be involved from the very start, helping set up the vessel and learning the yacht inside and out. A strong work ethic, positive mindset, and excellent communication skills are essential to ensure a smooth first season for both crew and guests.
