Summary
We are looking for a Deckhand to join a 22m charter motor yacht based in Port Grimaud, France for the summer season. This is a great opportunity to join a busy charter yacht and work along the beautiful French Riviera and surrounding waters.
As Deckhand, you will be responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the exterior, including washdowns, detailing, mooring operations, tender driving, and assisting with guest water sports and activities. During charters, you will play an important role in ensuring guests have a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience on deck.
The ideal candidate will have some previous yacht experience (ideally on similar-sized vessels), be hands-on, proactive, and adaptable. Good tender driving skills, a solid understanding of deck operations, and a guest-focused attitude are essential to succeed in this role, especially during a busy charter schedule.
