The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced and confident Deckhand to join a 48M private yacht.
You’ll need to have at least one year of yachting experience, with strong skills in tender driving. A Yachtmaster qualification would be a plus, but not essential.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is motivated, has a good attitude, and can work well in a team. You’ll be joining a professional crew on a well-run vessel.
Required experience: Minimum 1 year+ of experience on yachts. Strong tender-driving skills are essential, with any additional watersports or trade background a bonus.
Qualification: STCW, ENG1, Yachtmaster preferred
Required Visa: Schengen (if applicable)
