Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Senior Steward(ess) for a 60m+ yacht
The ideal candidate is experienced, highly skilled, and confident in both Service and Housekeeping; happy to assist in both departments as and when needed. This role requires adaptability, flexibility, teamwork, and dedication in ensuring an excellent experience onboard for guests.
Interior team of 5 (No ‘Chief Stew’ position onboard). You will be reporting to both the Head of Service and Head of Housekeeping.
Requirements:
• 3-4 years in yachting
• STCW, ENG1, F&HL2
• Schengen Visa, (& B1B2 if joining in U.S)
• Confident, with a good eye for detail, and able to follow direction from the HoS and HoH
Start date: Ideally ASAP but willing to wait for the right candidate
Location: Joining either in Miami before crossing for the upcoming Med summer season, or in Europe post-crossing
Salary: EUR 4000 – 5000 DOE
Leave: 60 days a year
Vessel Program and itinerary: Private & Charter, dual season
