MYyachtcrew is actively after a SEASONAL/PERMANENT SOLE CHEF for a 46m M/Y Dutch built M/Y with private use only by lovely owners and their family.
The galley is spacious and very well equipped.
Start date: Ideally tomorrow
Position: Seasonal until the end of October. Potential to go permanent or to come back next season
Location: Italy
Itinerary: Med
Requirements:
-Valid STCW, ENG1 and Food&Hygiene Level 3
-Professional culinary background
-A good few years experience on yachts
-Light and fresh, high end food is the owners preference, with the occasional formal dinner. The owners have quite an interest in quality food and high end dining so you will need to be properly trained and able to impress with amazing flavors. Also nothing too over the top like Michelin style plating. Just great food!
-The lovely crew of this yacht would like to eat well and a nice variety of food is required on a daily base.
-We are looking for someone talented, hard working and vibrant who likes to challenge themselves in the galley. You will be working long days when guests are on.
Trips are always planned ahead and there is time in between trips to get a proper rest/explore and prepare for the next trip. Moderate guest usage.
