The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Housekeeping to lead a team within a high-standard interior on a 100M+ private yacht. This role is perfect for someone ready to step up, with prior experience on 80M+ yachts and a strong foundation in housekeeping operations. You’ll need to bring strong leadership skills, take ownership of your department, and be someone who motivates, guides, and supports the team to get the best out of them.
The yacht has a total of 9 in the interior team, a collaborative and sociable crew culture, and a real focus on training and personal development. It’s based in France with weekends off, cocktail training every Friday, and lots of crew activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who genuinely wants to grow in their yachting career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Required experience: Strong background in housekeeping on 90M+ yachts, with experience leading or mentoring within a team.
