Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Third Chef to join a private 100m vessel
- Has to specialise in Asian cuisine - mainly Thai/Vietnamese
- You will mainly be crew cooking (over 30) and will help with guest food if they are doing Thai cuisine
- Lots of cleaning and helping out wherever is needed
- Great for someone who may have some light experience but really keen to jump on and help and get some great experience
- Lovely bonuses for longevity! They are looking for someone who wants to stay with them
- Brand new galley, fitted out to the highest spec - one of the best the captain has seen on a yacht
- Amazing owner who is super nice, along with a great captain and HOD's
- Salary is $5,000 on a 3:1 rotation
- They want something new and diverse! Ideally you will come from a restaurant background, the Head Chef is very strong with pastry so they are looking the Asian cuisine to bring something new to the team
