Chief Engineer

Summary

We are looking for a permanent Chief Engineer for a single season private 40m M/Y Feadship based in Spain.

This would suit someone who is looking to be based in the Med as there will be lot’s of downtime in winter.

The vessel has already started the season with a few owners trips on the horizon.

We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years’ experience in the yachting industry, Open to the idea of a 2^nd Engineer looking to step up

Qualifications/experience:

·        Equivalent of a Y4 or EOOW III/1 (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)

·        5 Years within the industry

·        Great team player, happy to get involved with other departments

Package:

·        Start date: ASAP

·        Salary: DOE

·        Leave: 38 days (Lot’s of downtime in winter months)

Essential Qualifications

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y4 Chief Engineer (<200gt <1500kW)/ EOOW III/1 (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
