License: STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene L2, PSA. Valid Schengen Visa
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the crew mess and scullery at all times
- Set up and replenish buffet meals, snacks, and beverages for crew
- Monitor and report stock levels of crew supplies and consumables
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in line with ISM and MLC regulations
- Support the interior and galley team during guest trips when necessary
- Detailing the Crew Mess and appliances
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role on a vessel over 100m preferred
- Knowledge of guest crockery, cutlery, and glassware care
- High attention to detail, self-motivated, and efficient
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Salary: 2500 euros pm
