Summary
We are seeking a Chief Stewardess to join a fantastic +35m dual-season private/charter yacht.
This is a permanent position on a primarily private vessel that charters just a few weeks each year. Operating with a crew of 7, the yacht fosters a fun, active, and family-friendly environment with a strong emphasis on wellness and a positive onboard culture.
The ideal candidate will be warm, approachable, and experienced with children, as the owner frequently travels with his kids. A true passion for the ocean, a love for water-based activities, and a team player mindset are essential. You should be confident in guest interaction, uphold high service standards, and bring a well-organized, creative approach to the role. Prior experience on similar-sized yachts is preferred, and Mediterranean cruising along with Spanish language skills are a plus.

Salary- $6000 DOE + an attractive bonus package.
