Summary
We are looking for an experienced and confident Chief Stewardess to join a 45m motor yacht with an excellent reputation in the charter market.
The vessel runs a busy Mediterranean-based program with both private and charter use.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a senior stewardess role on yachts 35m+
- Previous experience as Chief Stew or strong Second Stew stepping up with confidence
- Exceptional service, housekeeping, and guest interaction skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on training and supporting junior interior crew
- Organized, efficient, and proactive with a warm and professional demeanor
- Able to maintain high standards under pressure, especially during busy charter weeks

Contract Type: Permanent with 90 leave days/year
