We are seeking a talented and versatile Sole Chef to join a reputable 45m motor yacht with a strong presence in the Mediterranean charter market.
The yacht is known for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards both on deck and in the galley.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar Sole Chef roles on yachts 35m+
- Confident in creating varied, well-balanced menus for both owner and charter use
- Strong understanding of dietary preferences, provisioning in the Med, and galley hygiene standards
- Able to work independently while maintaining communication with the interior and deck teams
- Calm under pressure, especially during busy charter turnarounds
- Flexible, creative, and guest-focused

Contract Type: Permanent with 60 days leave/year
