Summary

Looking for a strong FEMALE Sous Chef (dtCa) for a busy med season, joining May 12.

Fundamental Restaurant background, confident to cook for 22 crew (L&D) and supporting the head chef during trips/charter.

Awareness and knowledge of allergies is a must, baking and pastry knowledge.

All certificates valid until at least december 2025.

No smoking / drinking on board

English / Fluent
