Seeking a fantastic Stewardess to join this amazing 70m+ hard-working charter yacht and her team. The vessel will be used by owners and charter guests, and will be busy. A dual season program with excellent Captains and HODs alike. A really positive working environment where crew physical and mental health and welfare are looked after - a crew gym onboard. With that in mind, someone who likes to stay active and physically fit will fit in best onboard.
Female applicants only due to cabin-share situation.
No visible tattoos (no exceptions).
Training budget incorporated into package. Salary is competitive - to be discussed at interview stages.
Someone with at least one solid season on her CV (not less than 6 months on ONE yacht), but preferably longer, aboard a MY of at least 50m+ (WITH GUEST FACING EXPERIENCE). Please do not apply if your experience is purely yard based, off 'guest off' phases. Drama-free, up-beat individuals only, need apply. Outstanding references are required (and WILL be thoroughly verified).
Candidate must be strong in both housekeeping and service. Must be confident with various types of table and buffet service, mixology, barista, table-scaping, creativity, detailing, care of fabrics and surfaces, etc. A self-starter who is able to add value to the team and also happy to use initiative and work alone. A strong crew member who will give great support to the HOD and department. Any additional skills such as floristry, yoga, PT, etc. are always welcome and beneficial.
This is a yacht to stay on, for the long-term, so if longevity isn't your goal / aim, please look elsewhere.
Strong preference will be given to those already located in Europe.
