Female Deckhand Position - 95 Meter (310') (US based)
A unique opportunity is available for a motivated and skilled Female Deckhand to join a dedicated and professional crew aboard a 95-meter super yacht. This private use only vessel, based in the USA, offers the chance to develop a rewarding career within the yachting industry while gaining experience in a professionally managed environment. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a large deck team, with opportunities for significant skill development and international travel.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the efficient operation and maintenance of the vessel's deck.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the highest standards of safety and presentation.
- Engage in all deck duties as directed by the Deck Officers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year Deckhand experience on superyachts of 40 meters or greater.
- Currently residing in North America.
- Demonstrable ability to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic, characterized by a proactive approach and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Positive attitude and commitment to task completion.
Mandatory Certifications:
- Availability to commence employment by April 29th, 2025.
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (including Proficiency in Security Awareness or Designated Security Duties).
- Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate.
- Valid B1/B2 visa (for non-US/Canadian passport holders).
